Salary: £42,000 - £43,000 (plus OT)

Shifts: Monday - Friday (Apply online only) / (Apply online only)) OT at 1.5x pay

What You'll Be Doing:

Keeping production moving - attend and resolve breakdowns quickly

Planned preventative maintenance - reduce downtime & increase efficiency

Continuous improvement - suggest & implement better ways of working

Recording all work accurately - track failures, fixes & parts used

What You'll Need:

Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification

Strong electrical fault-finding & analysis skills

Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Methodical mindset with great attention to detail

A flexible approach - shift work & occasional overtime
