Job Description:

Are you a passionate Technical Manager ready to lead and innovate? This role offers an exciting opportunity to become the technical lead for food safety and legal compliance within a progressive manufacturing site.

As the Technical Manager, you will:

* Lead the technical department and ensure the site maintains BRC standards.

* Arrange and oversee regular HACCP team meetings.

* Review and amend HACCP plans for new products, ingredients, and processes.

* Audit CCP and CP documentation to ensure compliance.

* Manage HACCP prerequisites and pest control policies.

* Regularly review and update standard operating and cleaning procedures.

* Keep the management team informed about scientific developments, industry codes, and legislation.

* Conduct manufacturing process audits to maintain product quality and consistency.
