Our client is a financial services company based near Rochester and due to expansion they now have a requirement for a client services administrator to join their team.
Key areas of the role:
* you will be tasked with booking in appointments with clients on behalf of the financial advisers
* superb organisational skills are required to keep on track of any outstanding appointments needed and to keep chasing in order to book them in
* you will be given a list of all existing clients the advisers need to book in to see for the annual reviews.
PLEASE NOTE: all the clients you are calling are existing clients of the firm and so are completely warm!
This role would really suit you if you have worked in a customer service environment already eg estate agency, financial services etc - where you are used to picking up the phone.
The hours are flexible - however Monday is a key day as the advisers are all in the office on this day. Other than this - the role can be done over school hours or 3-4 days per week.. Full training will be provided
