Finance Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join a dynamic and fast-growing company as a Finance Manager. This role works closely with senior stakeholders, overseeing monthly management accounts and providing key business insights.

• Prepare and deliver accurate management information in line with internal deadlines and accounting policies.

• Maintain integrity of revenue and cost accounting, ensuring accurate journal postings and adherence to reporting guidelines.

• Conduct P&L variance analysis and provide insightful commentary to senior management.

• Work with senior leaders to review financial performance and drive process improvements.

• Lead and develop a finance team, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews.

• Support external audit processes and ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse large datasets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Experience with D365 and a solid understanding of FRS102 and revenue recognition.

• ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified with line management experience.
