BDS are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Assistant to be based in the Englefield Green Area.

The post will be based at a retirement complex for older adults who live independently. We are looking for someone with a Bubbly and Happy demeanour to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.

Hours; 16 Hours per week Monday- Thursday- flexible on start times between 9:30-10am

Duration - Temp Ongoing with Possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.

Salary- £12.06phPAYE

Main duties

* Speaking with the residents daily

* Signposting information on other services, in and around the area.

* Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as required,

* Involving the residents in activities within the service

* Liaising with contractors

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housing, Good PC skills, Approachable and have good organisation skills.

An enhanced DBS will be required
