Are you an experienced Civil Engineer looking to lead and drive the development of your own team while working autonomously in a hybrid role?

This hybrid role involves working on a variety of projects with a key focus on producing tailored drainage solutions. You will be working on drainage and flood risk assessments, highways design, earthworks and 3D modelling for new and existing clients, and leading an existing team of skilled civil engineers.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced civil engineer with drainage experience, looking to progress to a director level.

Management of the civil engineering team
Leading business development planning for the team
Client liaison
