Are you looking for a role where you can be the glue that holds a buzzing office together? We are on the hunt for an Office Manager to join our client's busy PR/Communications office to keep things running smoothly, add some positive vibes, and keep everyone on track.

What you'll do:

* Keeping the office running like a well-oiled machine - from managing supplies to organising events.

* Scheduling meetings, appointments, and making sure everyone stays on track.

* Welcoming visitors with a warm smile and keeping common areas tidy.

* Supporting the team with admin tasks, record keeping, and booking travel.

* Helping new team members feel right at home.

* Assisting with payroll, HR tasks, and health & safety policies.

* Jumping in on fun tasks and projects - no two days are the same!

What We're Looking For:

* A friendly, detail-oriented person who loves to run a tight ship.

* Experience as an Office Manager (or similar role) is a bonus.

* Great communication skills - you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and suppliers.

* Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Slack.

* A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for creating a positive atmosphere.

* Eager to grow and develop alongside the team.
