NET Recruit is supporting a housing business who are seeking a HR Advisor to join their team in the Bournemouth area.Your Role:While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:

• Providing hands-on support in various areas of employee relations, handling a range of related issues in a confidential and professional manner
• Supporting the HR team to deliver the people strategy
• Working on employee engagement and capability, ensuring that feedback and opinions are taken on board
• Guiding and supporting colleagues whilst promoting a positive and productive work environment
• Working on activities to ensure that employees feel valued and supported
• Providing assistance with consultation and TUPE activities
• Supporting the wider HR team on additional duties where appropriate, including updating of policies & procedures

You MUST Have:Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:

• CIPD Level 5 ideally (will consider Level 3 with the aim of working towards Level 5 with study support)
• Extensive experience with employee relations and handling case management
• Exposure to dealing with TUPE related and consultation activities
• Sound capability with utilising both HR management systems for reporting and data, as well as Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
• Familiarity with working in a commercially aware HR environment
• Experienced in delivering people management training

Your Opportunity:The business is a highly successful organisation operating within the housing industry, with a core mission in mind to aid in providing housing opportunities for as many people as possible. This role will be supporting the ongoing aims and development of the business, supporting in areas such as employee relations and organisational objectives.On offer is a starting salary of around £33,000 which will also accompany a peripheral package that will include a good holiday allocation and pension, as well as other valuable benefits.
