NET Recruit is supporting a housing business who are seeking a HR Advisor to join their team in the Bournemouth area.
Your Role:While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to: - Providing hands-on support in various areas of employee relations, handling a range of related issues in a confidential and professional manner
- Supporting the HR team to deliver the people strategy
- Working on employee engagement and capability, ensuring that feedback and opinions are taken on board
- Guiding and supporting colleagues whilst promoting a positive and productive work environment
- Working on activities to ensure that employees feel valued and supported
- Providing assistance with consultation and TUPE activities
- Supporting the wider HR team on additional duties where appropriate, including updating of policies & procedures
You MUST Have:Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria: - CIPD Level 5 ideally (will consider Level 3 with the aim of working towards Level 5 with study support)
- Extensive experience with employee relations and handling case management
- Exposure to dealing with TUPE related and consultation activities
- Sound capability with utilising both HR management systems for reporting and data, as well as Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
- Familiarity with working in a commercially aware HR environment
- Experienced in delivering people management training
Your Opportunity:The business is a highly successful organisation operating within the housing industry, with a core mission in mind to aid in providing housing opportunities for as many people as possible.
