Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Out Job Opportunity

GM Recruitment is proud to recruit for this pivotal position within an established commercial fit-out contractor.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Site-Based Project Manager for an initial assignment in Uxbridge. This role operates on a Temp to Perm basis, focusing on the fit-out of a warehouse, including assisted offices and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise between the contractor team and the client to ensure timely execution of works.
• Manage the team and schedule to ensure all weekly sign-offs and targets are met.
• Develop a detailed understanding of the project and program.
• Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with the Information Management System.
• Oversee the safe delivery of projects and compliance with all relevant HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment) requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within the commercial fit-out sector.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• A proactive approach with the ability to learn new technologies.
• A proven understanding of all H&S regulations, policies, standards, and legislation within the industry.
