M&E Site Manager Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems for a Tunnels Project. The M&E Site Manager will ensure that all on-site activities are carried out in line with Thames Water's safety and security standards, as this role requires a valid Thames Water Pass.

As the M&E Site Manager, you will manage the installation of M&E systems within tunnel environments, coordinating subcontractors and site personnel, while ensuring work is completed within time and budget constraints. You will be tasked with maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on-site, working closely with Thames Water and other key stakeholders.

In this role, the M&E Site Manager will resolve on-site challenges, manage resources efficiently, and ensure all mechanical and electrical installations meet the required specifications for the tunnels project. Your leadership and technical skills will drive the project to successful completion.

Requirements:

* Degree or HND/HNC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

* SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification required.
