Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

Owning relationships with key existing accounts
Responsible for successfully onboarding key gains
The role nurtures client relationships focusing on understanding their business, challenges and goals and maximising value
Leading the delivery of hands-on solutions to grow and support the retail business with a 360° approach via visual merchandising, social media, education, and eventing ensuring a best-in-class service is provided
Excellent customer service skills and that real 'people person" quality
Identify opportunities to up-sell and link-sell to develop the territory
Active participation in team and sales meetings and events
Business Development Executive Experienced Needed:

Proven account management or other relevant experience
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer need
Understanding of social media and how to utilise for commercial benefit
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive and influence both internal stakeholders and external business partners
Enthusiastic and hands-on style, with a can-do attitude
