• 2+ Years in Personal Injury – RTA and Motor Accidents
• 2+ Years in Credit Hire
• Running a litigated caseload
• Ability to handle a volume caseload from start to finish
• Running cases from start to finish
• Ability to handle fast track to multi track files
• Litigation experience is essential
