Role summary -

This company is looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor - Housing Repairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to tenants and homeowners who require assistance with their housing repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and resolving customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face communication
• Booking appointments for housing repairs
• Providing accurate information to customers regarding their housing repairs
• Ensuring all customer service targets are met
• Maintaining accurate records and updating the database

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in the housing repairs industry is desirable
