Peripatetic Home Manager - Oxfordshire and surrounding areas
40 hours per week
Salary: £78,000 (inclusive of car allowance)


We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Peripatetic Manager to join our client's managerial team, supporting multiple care homes across the Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure exceptional care for residents in five nursing homes and two residential homes. Your leadership will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to high-quality care and regulatory excellence.

Qualifications
  • Nursing Qualification: Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin (RGN or RMN).
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Home Manager or Peripatetic Manager in a nursing or care environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication skills and a commitment to fostering positive relationships.

  • Leadership Support: Provide guidance and leadership to care home managers and their teams, fostering a supportive environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all homes meet regulatory standards and deliver outstanding care to residents.
  • Audits & Inspections: Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify improvement areas and implement effective solutions.
  • Training & Development: Design and implement training programs that support staff growth and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
