Salary: £40000 - £45000/annum mon to fri (8am to 5pm)

Are you a qualified building services maintenance engineer with experience in maintaining commercial air-conditioning systems? I would like to hear from you! This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable contractor, servicing on-site HVAC and AC systems across your allocated property portfolio in London and South-East England.

Package :

Salary £45k to £47k salary range
Mon to Fri days - no nights
Van & Fuel card provided

25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday
Requirements:

City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical or electrical field
18th Edition (desirable, not essential)
F-Gas qualification (desirable, not essential)Duties:

Splits/multi-splits - filter changes, condenser changes, re-gasing
VRV/VAV/VRF - filter changes, condenser changes, re-gasing
Reciprocating, scroll and centrifugal compressors changes
Chillers - condenser changes, re-gasing
Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
Pumps - PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls
Ensuring all works carried out are logged
Raising quotes for clients
Signing off jobs once complete
