What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Level 3 in Early Years or above.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a nursery or early childhood education setting is essential, ideally within a Montessori environment.

  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
