This role will spearhead the nationwide expansion of a leading security fencing brand, driving strategic objectives, leading a high-performing team, and fostering key stakeholder relationships to ensure sustained success.
Responsibilities
- Drive nationwide sales of the company's flagship security fencing product.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and market share growth targets.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of regional sales representatives, implementing performance management systems to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporates, architects, developers, government departments, construction companies, and engineers.
- Secure high-value customers and strategic partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
- Monitor market trends and use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure superior customer retention through effective after-sales support and service.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
