The Role: Support woker

• Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs
• Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using positive behaviour support techniques
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans tailored to each individual
• Work closely with a skilled team to create a safe and supportive environment

What We Offer:

• Pay: £12.25 - £13.25 per hour
• Hours: 42 hours per week
• Shift: Days and Night shifts available
• Specialist Training: Full training provided in behaviour management and crisis intervention

What You Need:

• Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication, patience, and resilience
