Job Summary: Quantity Surveyor - Reading (Permanent, Full-Time)

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Location: Thames Valley & Thames South regions

This role is for a Quantity Surveyor to join a team working on wastewater projects. The position involves managing a variety of projects, from smaller capital maintenance to large civil new builds. It offers great opportunities for career growth within the delivery team.

Key Requirements:

Enrolled and working towards full membership of RICS or CICES
Knowledge or experience in:

Business systems and spreadsheet development
Cost analysis, program evaluation, compensation event assessment
Risk management for schedule and cost, using Earned Value Management
