Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with autism and neurodiverse needs
Work with the SENDCo and specialist teachers to meet EHCP targets
Support social and communication skill development
Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
Use de-escalation and positive behaviour strategiesWhat We're Looking For:

Experience supporting SEND children, especially with autism and social-emotional needs
A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude
