Job Description:

Are you a dedicated and qualified teacher passionate about helping students excel? We are looking for a Tutor with expertise in KS3 and KS4, specializing in Maths, English, and additional subjects. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose between full-time or part-time hours, and provides an opportunity to make a significant impact on students' academic success from the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional one-on-one tutoring sessions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the curriculum.
Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the unique learning needs of each student and aligned with the national curriculum.
Regularly assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching methods to maximize learning outcomes.
Create a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates students to achieve their best.
Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians, providing feedback on student progress and addressing any concerns.
Keep accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance.Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
Previous experience as a home tutor, particularly at the GCSE level, is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge and expertise in Maths and English; ability to teach additional subjects is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.Working Hours:

Flexible working hours tailored to your availability. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time work, we can accommodate your schedule.
