We have a fantastic opportunity for a Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor to join a chartered surveying firm in Bristol. The successful candidate will be working as part of a niche team providing the full spectrum of commercial Building Surveying & Project Management services UK-wide across their core sectors of private healthcare, hospitality, insurance remediation and transactional professional services.

What the Building Surveyor will be doing:

Core day to day work would involve a mix of professional and project related work inclusive of dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys through to contract administration of complex refurbishments, extensions and new build projects.

* Workload is generally split 50% CA and 50% surveys.

* Acquisition surveys

* Dilapidations

* Contract Administration

* Project Management

* Insurance Remediation

* Party Wall Matters

* Defect Diagnosis

* Reinstatement Cost Assessments

What the Building Surveyor should bring:

* MRICS

* Broad range of experience in the commercial sector

* Excellent communication skills

* Good attention to detail

* Knowledge of JCT contracts

* Full UK driving license

What the Building Surveyor will get in return:

You will receive a basic salary of up to £55,000, hybrid working, 25 days holiday, private healthcare plus full training provided.
