Site Manager - Structural Steel

Location: UK Wide
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (plus car allowance, travel expenses, and other benefits)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 50 hours per week

Are you a skilled Site Manager with a strong background in structural steel? We're looking for an experienced professional to oversee critical steel erection packages and manage teams.

Role Overview

As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of structural steel projects. This includes managing RAMs, lift plans, and contractors/subcontractors to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement RAMs and lift plans.
• Oversee steel erection packages, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with erectors, supervisors, and welders to achieve project goals.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Black CSCS card.
• SMSTS certification.
• CPCS (Appointed Person) qualification.
• Proven expertise in steel erection.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within structural steel.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary: £50,000 - £60,000.
