Teach Now is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a thriving primary school in Ealing. This is a full-time, long-term role perfect for an experienced HLTA ready to make a meaningful impact on children's learning. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring pupils achieve their best, stepping in to deliver lessons, support small group activities, and work closely with teachers to foster a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

Application Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience supporting teaching and learning in primary education.
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
• The ability to inspire and motivate pupils to excel.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Key Responsibilities: As an HLTA, you will:

• Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the teacher across Key Stages 1 and 2.
• Provide targeted support to individuals or small groups to boost progress and attainment.
• Assist in the development of lesson resources and support the class teacher with day-to-day planning.
• Offer pastoral care and guidance to help children feel safe, happy, and supported.
• Promote a positive learning environment, encouraging active participation and engagement.
