JOB - Controls Manager - with progression to Director level
LOCATION - Coventry  
TERM - Permanent 
SALARY - £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.  

A Coventry based Engineering company are currently looking for a Controls Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Controls Manager will ideally have the following attributes:

HNC or equivalent electrical engineering or relevant discipline.
Strong background in Control Systems Engineering - full life cycle.
Strong knowledge of Siemens & Allen Bradley systems.
Previous experience in Automation/ manufacturing environments.
Previous experience managing teams is beneficial.
Ability to read & interpret electrical schematics & drawings.
Excellent communication skills.The duties & responsibilities will include:

Leading & overseeing control systems development from design through to commissioning.
Lead & develop the engineering team.
Providing support when required.
Communicating with management teams & stakeholders.
Ensuring burg
Ensuring all health & safety regulations are met at all times.
Liaising with customers & clients to gain feedback/ take requirements.
