About the role: Are you passionate about early years education and ready to make a real difference in a child's formative years? We have an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner at a lovely 2-form entry Church of England primary school in Muswell Hill, London, with an Ofsted rating of "Good" and a well-established Early Years provision. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering a creative and engaging curriculum to children in their first steps of education. You'll work closely with the EYFS team to provide a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn. This full-time, long-term role offers an immediate start (or after the October half-term) for the right candidate.

Application Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within an Early Years setting, ideally in a nursery or primary school environment.
• Knowledge of the EYFS Framework and experience in delivering a child-centered curriculum.
• Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to apply for one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, creative activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
• Support the development of key skills in early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development.
• Work collaboratively with the teaching team to create a positive learning environment.
• Ensure a safe and stimulating space for all children.
• Build strong relationships with both children and parents to support development.
