Role Profile
This role centres on establishing and maintaining a reputation for high-quality service by leading a multi-channel inquiry service with a digital-first approach. You'll be expected to drive ICAEW's digital transformation efforts, focusing on self-service solutions to maximize user satisfaction, streamline support accessibility, and deliver an exceptional 24/7 user experience.
Responsibilities include:* Lead and develop team members to build skills in creating, maintaining, and enhancing ICAEW's digital solutions to ensure a top-tier inquiry service.* Motivate and train team members, manage resources effectively, and plan to support a seamless customer service experience across all communication channels.* Oversee updates and maintenance of the Advisory training portal, ensuring resources are current and valuable for team use.* Utilize data insights to evaluate team performance, identify efficiency opportunities, and drive innovations that enhance user support and streamline processes.* Provide clear, regular updates on team and project status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Candidate Profile
Requirements include:* Experience in basic project management* Strong people manager* Experience with content creation* Experience in training and presenting* Experience in creating and reviewing digital content* Strong self-motivator, with the proven ability to meet project deadlines
