Maintenance Engineer

Salary - £(phone number removed) (Plenty of overtime available) + Annual payrise

Shifts - DAYS Only -Monday to Friday - 12:30pm to 10:00pm

They are looking for someone to help drive the improve of the sites locally as well As a business they cover the whole of the UK with over 70 sites! The Role

The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Confidently fault finding on mechanical components such as hydraulic power pack units, conveyors, bearings, shafts, pulleys, gearboxes etc.
Basic electrical work- Fault finding and running cables.
Working on shredders, sheers, presses, magnetic cranes, mobile plant equipment,
Performing routine PPM checks, reactive maintenance, continuous improvement etc.
Calibrating equipment to ensure its accuracy
About You

The ideal Maintenance Engineer will have the following:

A recognised mechanical/engineering qualification
Experience with, or a flexible mindset for, working with heavy machinery
An open attitude to working in any type of environment
Any type of welding experience is beneficial, though not essential
