We are working on behalf of the client in recruiting a Customer Service Representatives to join their busy team.
General Duties:
- Receiving inbound calls
- Resolving queries and complaints
- Excel skills
- IT literate
- Word skills
- Placing orders for customers online
- Support with reporting updates
Pay and Hours:
- £12.44
- Mon to Friday
- 08.00 to 17.30
- 33 days holiday per year
Located in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, this role is a fantastic opportunity to gain insights into the behind-the-scenes of their top products.
As part of our close-knit team, you'll be the friendly face behind all things golf related, providing support to their trade partners with order processing, tackling their queries, and problem-solving.
You will also be focused, have the ability to cope under pressure, ensure all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner, as well as help drive continuous improvement.
