Job Title: Day Concierge

Salary: £23,000 per annum

Contracted working week: Friday - Sunday

Shift Pattern: 7am - 7pm

Location: E15 Stratford

Profile:

We are currently recruiting a Weekend Day Concierge at a residential development based in E15. You will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of customer experience and service to all residents, guests, contractors and the clients.positive experience for clients.

Main Responsibilities

* To welcome residents and guests

* To man the reception desk during agreed hours

* To provide/ facilitate required services to residents as per the instructions of managing agent

* To respond proactively to resident or other requests in a timely and polite manner

* To communicate effectively with residents, guests, other members of staff and contractors

* To answer the telephone and deal with general enquiries, logging messages and following upon requests
