The Company

We are working in partnership with a high growth Real Estate group who are looking for an experienced Development Director to work in an advisory capacity part-time.

The Role

Working closely with the founder and the Board the role will be to challenge and help develop strategy, participating actively in the decision-making process for proposed developments, using your expertise to advise on their viability. You will assist in supporting the group oversee the development of projects from conception to completion.

The Person

We are looking for individuals who bring relevant experience, skills and passion to drive forward our client's ambitious strategic agenda and development pipeline; specifically those with proven experience operating at Board level within the Real Estate/Built Environment sector. You may be working in a consulting capacity and have capacity for a part-time role or looking for a part-time role.
