Technician

Location - Bicester 

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 p/a

Working Hours - 8:00am - 4:30pm (early finish on Friday) 

Job Type - Permanent 

Are you an experienced Technician looking for an exciting opportunity in a high-tech manufacturing environment? We're seeking skilled individuals to join a fast-growing team, working on precision engineering projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities for the Technician
Assemble sub-components and final builds to strict quality standards
Work from technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Ensure quality control and compliance with industry regulations
Support process improvements and assist in problem-solving
Perform rework, alignment, and testing as requiredWhat We're Looking For in the Technician
Mechanical and wiring assembly skills
Ability to read technical drawings and wiring schematics
Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of lean manufacturing
IT literate (MS Office) with good communication skills
