MERJE is seeking a highly skilled Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster for a leading insurtech company in the Insurance sector. Salary £32,000-£35,000

Location: Remote - with flexible working arrangements

The Role

As a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster, you will handle pre-litigated and litigated motor claims up to £25k, utilising advanced technology to streamline processes. This role offers generous benefits, including health insurance, pension contributions, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of the Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster:

Manage caseloads efficiently from inception to settlement
Handle OIC and MOJ claims, with multi-jurisdictional exposure
Negotiate and settle credit hire claims
Work with MGA/Insurer/Reinsurer panels on a delegated authority basis
Provide high-quality interactions with stakeholders, clients, and customers
Required knowledge and experience for the Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster role:

5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, focusing on motor claims handling
3+ years of experience in personal injury and credit hire claims handling
Strong understanding of delegated authority and client philosophies
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Must have OIC and MOJ experience
