Location: Birmingham
Hours: 35 hours (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract for 12-13 Months

Responsibilities of a Housing Solicitor are:

Be able to deliver Housing and Tenancy legal related advice
Ensure all court hearings are attended
Balance case management
Assist with tenancy breaches
Successful Housing Solicitor must have:

Three years' experience within a housing legal field
A DBS and social media check required
Experience within case management and house litigation
