Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week on a rota basis
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2024
Qualification: Must be Level 6 Qualified

We are a vibrant and nurturing nursery located in the heart of Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Our mission is to provide a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for young children, fostering their growth and development. We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to join our passionate team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education

• Lead and support the nursery staff, promoting continuous professional development

• Develop and implement educational programs in line with the EYFS framework

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and health and safety standards

• Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community

• Manage nursery budgets and resources effectively

Requirements:

• Must be Level 6 qualified in Early Years Education or equivalent

• Proven experience in a nursery managerial role

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to start from September 2024
