Salary: £28,000 - £28,500 per annum

Our exclusive company based in Lytham, are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their busy office. You will have responsibility of the fleet and financial administration tasks within the business.

Duties include:

  • Producing weekly stock reports on Excel
  • Supporting the accounts function during busy periods
  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Managing the fleet vehicles for the company
  • Managing vehicle maintenance and vehicle returns
  • Liaising with head office regarding TAX, MOT and insurance on fleet vehicles
  • Cover the accounts duties when there are holidays or sickness
  • Communicating with suppliers and customers

You must be a strong Excel user and have good overall IT skills. You need to be a confident and friendly communicator who is self motivated and a great team player.
