One of our key clients, who are a Regional Contractor are on the look out for an experienced Site Manager, with strong leadership skills, organised and comes from a Commercial background.
Our client are well known in the Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and East Anglia area for delivering in sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Sport and Leisure, MOD and Commercial units.
Looking for:
- 5+ years experience.
- Organise, motivated and passionate about completely projects.
- Tier 1 Main contractor background experience would be nice to have.
- Commercial experience.
- Willing to work closely with a team and share ideas.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- In charge of Health & Safety.
- Control of the project.
- IT literate.
- Scheduling and procurement of materials on site.
