First Call Contract Services are currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator for our clients busy production operations based in Halstead, Essex, CO9.
This role is being recruited on a permanent basis.
Immediate interviews & starts are available.
Candidate duties and experience will include:
- To ensure that all production paperwork and works orders are collated, audited and maintained
- To ensure that accurate product labels are produced
- To ensure compliance with product safety, legality, traceability and quality requirements
- To ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
- To provide general administration support to the production department
- To assist in the completion of paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- To communicate with departmental supervisors and managers
- To ensure that all tasks are carried out safely and in a safe working environment
- Update process sheets
- Staff inductions and new starter walk arounds
- Print room audit compliance and hygiene
- To input production data onto relevant costing sheets
- To input and manage holiday request
Ideally candidates will have worked in a warehouse or transport administration support environment however any administration experience will be considered.
Hours or work are Monday to Friday, 6.00am to 2.00pm, however a potential 8.00am to 4.00pm shift may be introduced.
Starting salary is £25kpa depending on experience + Excellent Company Benefits.
