Catering Engineer - Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Various locations, primarily field-based
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, variable hours
We are seeking a qualified Catering Engineer to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside the service team and existing engineers to maintain and service rental assets, including Combi Ovens. While Gas-Safe qualifications are advantageous, comprehensive training is provided to enhance your skills.
Day-to-day of the role: - Attend sites to install, service, and repair rental Combi Ovens.
- Upload and maintain asset data using internal systems.
- Maintain vehicle stock levels to ensure readiness for all assignments.
- Liaise with office staff to ensure clear and accurate communication with customers.
- Manage tasks efficiently while upholding high standards of service and safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Catering Engineer, particularly with commercial combi ovens.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong independent working capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Enhanced DBS check will be required due to the nature of some sites.
