Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons, providing targeted support to students across various subjects.Individualised Learning: Work closely with students who require additional help, offering one-on-one support and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.Behaviour Management: Help maintain a positive classroom environment, managing behaviour in line with school policies and fostering a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students.Resource Preparation: Assist in the preparation and organisation of classroom resources, ensuring that lessons run smoothly and efficiently.Student Welfare: Support the social and emotional well-being of students, acting as a mentor and providing guidance as needed
