Recruitment Resourcer - North London - Excellent Growth Opportunity

Independent established recruitment agency for niche temporary Construction and Engineering operatives is seeking an a resourcer to join a busy team delivering blue-collar operatives to passive fire prevention projects all around the UK

Recruitment Resourcer Key duties will include:

• Resourcing of temp Blue-Collar T&L workers.
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts.
• Use of Social Media Platforms
• Resourcing candidates via database, job boards, and referrals.
• Checking workers have the correct certificates (CSCS/PPE).
• Creating a shortlist of candidates for requirements.
