You will provide care and support to residents of Children’s Homes in the Telford area. • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Support young people through their daily routines
• Act as a role model
• Maintaining a safe and clean home environment
• Following Care plans and Risk Assessments
• Communicating with residents and colleagues

Experience/Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience (UK based)
• Right to work in the UK
• Drivers
• Clear DBS
