You will have:

Experience as a Residential Support Worker in a Residential Children's Home
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
In-depth knowledge and experience in Residential Children's Homes
Excellent communication, and organisational skills.
Valid & Clear UK Driving Licence

Key responsibilities:

NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce.
Experience within residential childcare and working alongside young people.
A valid & clear driving license.
You will also be 21+ years of age or above (to meet Ofsted regulations).
