Toolmaker/CNC Operator

Location: Stevenage

Salary: up to £40,000

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8-5 and Friday 8-4

You must have experience within this role in an Injection Moulding setting.

Toolmaker - Key Responsibilities:

Use of manual milling machines
Use of lathes
Use of surface and cylindrical grinders
Use of manual and CNC spark eroders
Use of CNC wire eroder
Modification & repair of Injection Mould Tools
Manufacture and fitting of new injection mould tools
Using hand tools such as files, hacksaws and grinders
Wiring of Hot runner systems and fault findin
Toolmaker - Skills and Experience required:

Experience in Injection Mould Toolmaking
Experience of fitting and assembly of complex mould tools
High attention to detail
