My client are a well established, expanding freight forwarding company looking for an experienced Airfreight Branch Manager to join their new start up branch based at Heathrow!

Daily duties will include:

• Overseeing the Heathrow office ensuring operation is running smoothly
• Hands on Imports and Exports
• Generating new and existing business, maximising profit
• Maintaining key accounts
• Ensuring maximum operational effectively & efficiency across all aspects of the freight operations
• Ensuring the Department is meeting KPI's & budgetary requirements
• Managing branch performance, holidays and disciplinary
• Overseeing the Health and safety
• Maintain the warehouse operation

Experience needed:

• Experience in the freight forwarding industry
• Previous imports experience is advantageous
• Commercially driven

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday 08.30am - 17.30pm
