A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Handyman/ Building Maintenance Assistant to join their growing team, covering a large commercial site in the Blackburn area.

The Role

As the Handyman/ Building Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

* Covering a large commercial site in the Blackburn area.

* Undertaking all aspects of minor repairs and basic maintenance, can include painting, decorating, basic plumbing, carpentry, patchwork and so on.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Handyman/ Building Maintenance Assistant, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

* We are keen to speak to experienced maintenance engineers.

* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential. Can be housing/ domestic or commercial.

* Strong communication skills.

* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.

* Commutable distance of Blackburn
