This is an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Receptionist/Team Assistant to join a successful Real Estate Investment company to work out of their London Office.
The dates are 12th November - 5th December.
Your main duties would be:
Reception:
Meetings:
- Diary management / scheduling
- Room allocation
- Circulate Zoom / Microsoft Teams links
- Greeting guests
- Teas/Coffees
- Clearing/tidying meeting rooms
Printer Room:
- Printing and binding
- Paper refill
- Shredder bag replacement
- Fill staplers
- Check printer toners
Post:
- Post distribution
- Courier bookings
- Post scanning (for specified companies only)
Office Supplies:
- Grocery stock check
- Stationery stock check
- Ocado orders
- Lyreco (stationery) orders
- Amazon orders
Misc:
- Adobe Pro editing
- Prep coffee machines
- Info mailbox
- Flowers
- Organise signing / distribution of legal docs + Docusign
- Cross check invoices with travel + courier schedules
