This is an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Receptionist/Team Assistant to join a successful Real Estate Investment company to work out of their London Office.

The dates are 12th November - 5th December.

Your main duties would be:

Reception:

  • Answering phone calls

Meetings:

  • Diary management / scheduling
  • Room allocation
  • Circulate Zoom / Microsoft Teams links
  • Greeting guests
  • Teas/Coffees
  • Clearing/tidying meeting rooms

Printer Room:

  • Printing and binding
  • Paper refill
  • Shredder bag replacement
  • Fill staplers
  • Check printer toners

Post:

  • Post distribution
  • Courier bookings
  • Post scanning (for specified companies only)

Office Supplies:

  • Grocery stock check
  • Stationery stock check
  • Ocado orders
  • Lyreco (stationery) orders
  • Amazon orders

Misc:

  • Adobe Pro editing
  • Prep coffee machines
  • Info mailbox
  • Flowers
  • Organise signing / distribution of legal docs + Docusign
  • Cross check invoices with travel + courier schedules
