Head of Learning and Development excels at identifying the current and future skills requirements of an organisation, and creates flexible learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.&

  • Generous salary package (Based on experience)

ABOUT YOU& &

As Head of Learning and Development you would be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to develop their focus on Learning and Development and enabling us to build further on our culture of promotion and progression, as a result, inspiring teams to love what they do.

The ideal Head of Learning and Development will be / have: &

  • Familiar with various training methods and techniques& &
  • Positive,creative and organised &
  • Hospitality experience& &
  • Highly skilled in Excel& & &
  • Working knowledge of content development tools and learning management systems& &
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies& &
  • Ability to operate media equipment, such as personal computers and projectors& &
  • Excellent leadership skills and presentation skills& &
  • Confident in presenting in front of small and large groups
& &
