? Conduct assessments, plan, and implement individualized patient care.? Provide therapeutic support and monitoring, ensuring patient safety and well-being.? Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver comprehensive care plans.? Support patients and their families with education and guidance on managing mental health conditions.? Maintain accurate patient records and uphold trust standards in all aspects of care.

? Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration.? Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.?
