Facilitate Search is partnering with a leading Facilities Management services provider to recruit a Estimator to work as part of a successful projects division.

You will be working for an international Facilities Management services provider. Delivering integrated facilities management, project management, and workplace optimisation solutions on a global scale.

The Role

* Working as part of a crucial project management team, you will apart of a new position within the team working closely with existing project managers and senior leaders to deliver detailed, accurate estimates for MEP Projects across the UK.

* Prepare comprehensive bids and tender submissions by analysing project requirements.

* Conduct cost analyses and value engineering assessments to ensure projects remain within budget and are cost effective, while maintaining quality.

* Risk management - identify potential risks within project scopes and adjust estimates accordingly.

The Candidate

* Professional certifications (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, RICS, CIBSE).

* Held a similar position within FM or Construction.
